Our team

The cafe first opened in 2016 and changed ownership 2019

We produce everything possible in-house to make it fresh. We use quality fresh products and ingredients from our key hospitality food suppliers. We serve Modern Australian Cafe meals infused with Asian twist.

Our Summer Breakfast, Pulled Beef Benedict, Super Green Bowl, Chilli Mo:Mo (Nepalese dumplings) and many more.

For milk base coffee we use Octavia blend: It is a light/medium roast of outstanding complexity and smoothness. It is a blend characterised by milk-chocolate sweetness and clean acidity, combined with notes of creamy malt.

Origins: Colombia / Costa Rica / Sumatra Tasting note: Milk chocolate, Malt.

For black coffee we use Wilde blend: This specifically selected blend of fruit driven, natural processed coffee is for those looking for something truly remarkable.

Origins: Costa Rica Jaguar Honey / Ethiopia Guji Wonberta natural / Indonesian Wahana natural Tasting Notes: Wild-berry jam with sweet candy, rockmelon and nectarine. Bright, rounded acidity and juicy body with a smooth vanilla finish.
